We are deeply committed to welcoming a child to our home, offering everything that we have and encouraging them to embrace rich and meaningful life experiences with us as a family. If we are chosen as an adoptive family, we will strive to offer a little one the best opportunities. We love to travel! We have been to Brazil multiple times and also have visited several Caribbean countries. We enjoy the beach and relaxing in the sun. Whether snorkeling, sailing or swimming, we love all things related to the ocean. We look forward to sharing our love for fun in the sun with a child someday. We hope to teach them about the sea, the animals and the activities we have come to enjoy at the beach.

Though we grew up in different parts of the globe, we share strikingly similar family experiences. We both have close relationships with our immediate and extended family and were raised surrounded by lots of aunts, uncles, cousins- there has always been lots of love and laughter! Our faith and church are a huge part of our lives. We believe that faith in Jesus is our compass to all life’s decisions. We have been walking in faith the majority of our lives. Having grown up in homes that upheld Christian beliefs, we wish to replicate the same with our family.

We bought our home dreaming of welcoming children. Our spacious townhome has three bedrooms and four baths. We love to snuggle up in our family room to watch movies, eat popcorn, play games and read. Marcylen loves to cook and grill delicious meals and Marcia loves the deck where she enjoys the view of our backyard. The backyard sits on a mild slope that is perfect for sliding in the snow.
